Pastor Ron Flowers, M.Div.
Pastor Ron Flowers is an ordained minister, educator, author, musician, and visionary leader with more than 30 years of ministry experience. His passion is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, equip believers for spiritual growth, and impact communities through biblical teaching, discipleship, and outreach.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Pastor Ron answered God's call to ministry at the age of seven and was spiritually nurtured at Bethlehem Healing Temple under the leadership of the late Bishop Charles E. Poole. There, he was inspired by the church's rich legacy of faith and the miracle ministry of the late Evangelist Mattie B. Poole. By the age of sixteen, he was actively sharing the Gospel through school campus ministry and street evangelism, establishing a passion for soul-winning that continues to define his ministry today.
After serving faithfully in various ministry roles, Pastor Ron and his wife, Lady Sherrie Flowers, planted Living Streams Worship Center in the south suburbs of Chicago, where he served as Senior Pastor for twelve years. During that time, he also hosted “The Flow,” a weekly radio broadcast on WGBX that encouraged thousands throughout the Chicagoland area.
In 2022, Pastor Ron relocated to North Carolina in response to the leading of the Holy Spirit. After serving for more than two years as an Elder at New Living Word Church under Pastor Massey, God called him to plant Living Streams Worship Center in Monroe, North Carolina.
Since launching the ministry in February 2025, he has remained committed to proclaiming the uncompromised Word of God while building meaningful partnerships with local schools, shelters, and community organizations throughout Union County.
Pastor Ron is the founder and Senior Pastor of Living Streams Worship Center, a non-denominational ministry established in 2010 and relaunched in Monroe, NC. He has been privileged to serve under respected leaders, including Archbishop William Hudson III and Dr. Bill Winston. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Robert Morris University, along with a Master of Theological Studies and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Studies from Liberty University.
In 2026, Pastor Ron released his first book, The Blind Spots of Leadership, reflecting his passion for developing leaders who lead with humility, wisdom, accountability, and spiritual insight. In addition to his pastoral ministry, he serves as an Associate Executive Director of Marketing, combining marketplace leadership with Kingdom impact.
Pastor Ron and Lady Sherrie have been happily married for more than 23 years and are the proud parents of three children—Ron Jr., Sheridan, and Carson. Together, they are committed to helping people discover a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ and live lives of faith, purpose, and impact.
Executive Pastor Lady Sherrie Flowers, MSHR, M.Th.
Lady Sherrie Flowers serves as the Executive Pastor of Administration and Operations at Living Streams Worship Center, where she oversees the church's administrative operations while helping advance its vision and mission. Since co-founding Living Streams Worship Center with her husband, Pastor Ron Flowers, in 2010, she has faithfully served as a leader, encourager, and ministry partner.
Her spiritual journey deepened in her twenties after graduating from college when she received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at Bethlehem Healing Temple in Chicago. It was there that she met her husband and discovered God's calling upon her life and ministry. As she continued to grow in faith and leadership, her dedication and spiritual maturity were recognized, and in 2014 she was ordained and appointed as an Elder, expanding her role in shepherding, teaching, and strengthening the ministry.
She provides leadership for Sister's Keeper Women's Ministry and the church's Intercessory Prayer Ministry, where she is passionate about helping women grow spiritually, discover their God-given purpose, and experience the transforming presence of God. Through conferences, retreats, mentoring, and community outreach, Lady Sherrie is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God by empowering others to live victorious lives in Christ.
A gifted teacher and prayer warrior, Lady Sherrie is known for her compassionate heart, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to prayer. Her desire to see lives transformed through the power of God's Word and His presence continues to impact individuals and families both within the church and throughout the community.
Professionally, Lady Sherrie is a seasoned Human Resources executive with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, employee engagement, benefits administration, and strategic business planning. She holds a Master of Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Theological Studies from Liberty University.
She is also the Founder and CEO of Next Level Living, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential through mentoring, leadership development, and personal growth programs. In addition, Lady Sherrie is the author of two inspirational books: Five-a-Day: The Perfect Dosage of Grace and Game Time: Achieving Victory Through Wholeness.
Lady Sherrie and Pastor Ron have been happily married for more than 23 years and are the proud parents of three children. Together, they are devoted to building strong families, developing leaders, and helping people experience a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
